My camera is installed properly but is not been recognised


If your camera is installed properly on your computer and not been recognised by WizZki, it usually means that another application, such as Skype, is using your camera. As a result the WizZki Application cannot get access to the camera. Please ensure that all other applications are shut down, reboot the browser and try again.

If your camera is connected to your computer via a USB cable, please ensure that it is plugged in correctly.
