How do I change my email address?

Log into your portal. On the top right, click on the round icon then on “Change email”

This will allow you to change your email address.

There are a few ways to access the video interview platform;

1. From the video interview invitation email which you would have received inviting you to complete your video. Within this email you will see a hyperlink which will bring you to the online interview room

2 – from within your portal, under your “To do’s” section, you will see the interview event noted. Click this to see the interview details along with a blue button ‘Record your video now’.

Once you click on one of those links, you will be redirected to the video interview platform.

From here, click on “Practice room”. This will bring you to the practise area where you can set up your mic and camera. You won’t need your token for this part. You can access this area as much as you like and record practise videos, watch them back and ensure your sound and picture settings are working correctly.

Note: this room is for testing your mic and your camera only. The question displayed is not part of your interview and is not saved or viewable by hiring managers.
