My email address is not found/recognised.

Make sure you are using the same email address you chose when you created your account in the

first place. Sometimes people have used the portal with another email address so if your email

address isn’t found, it means you haven’t used it to register. Also, make sure the spelling of it is

correct as the system won’t recognise misspelling.
